how do you convert Bmp to Jpeg
some of my images have been reduced down in quality and turned into Bmp image format and i want them to be how they were before as Jpeg high quality,
anyone help

Any photo program that supports both formats should do it (even Paint, although the quality wont be as good if you use Paint). Just open the photo then go to 'Save As' making sure you select JPEG in the drop down menu.
