is the connector on these the same as a agp card power connector ?

nope, the graphic card connectors are 6 pin where as the floopy is a small 4-pin jobbie

i think you will find the 6 pin ones are pci express cards

im on about AGP cards ie 4 pins

Erm,

It depends on the graphics card really. Most floppy drives that I've experianced have a small 4 pin connector next to the IDE connector, and post graphics cards require a slightly larger 4 pin connector. All come off the same psu naturally, and I'm not sure, but I think the floppy connector sends out a much lower voltage
