Connect3d ATI Radeon 9550 AGP 256MB
Ok so I have the above graphics card....
bought from : Here
and the reviews say people can run Doom 3 Halflife 2 BF 2 on high settings without any problems, but I can't even run Gta:san andreas with it. it freezes after a while then the PC restarts....i mean wtf?!
I have an AMD Athlon 3000+ and 1GB of RAM and I do not see why I am having troubles...
any suggestions?!!

Which drivers have you installed for it? A review here (see 2nd comment) seems to suggest it's not fully compatible with the latest drivers......could be causing the issue.
Do you get any error messages, or does the PC literally lock up then restart?
Also, have a look in the event-viewer, which should give you some clues as to what's happening. This should be within the Administrative Tools section of the Control Panel (but is "hidden" by default - for 2000: right-click on taskbar, Properties, Advanced tab, find the tickbox that says "Display Administrative Tools", put the tick in it, then OK; for XP, from memory, it's right-click on task-bar, Properties, 2nd tab (I believe called Start Menu), click on the Customize button that's highlighted, THEN Advanced tab in the new window, then similarly-named radio-button in the options).
Once you've opened the Event Viewer, right-click on any "incident" and select Properties, then see what the text says - paste it in here, if you're unsure what it means...
