50/50 chance, if you are running XP it has a pretty good database of drivers, might need the XP disk.

Have you checked the manufacturers website, most have a support/download section for drivers

XP may plug and play it and install it without any problems, otherwise, as said, search the net for the drivers

jus found a driver for it on the net, well shocked, its sum crap cam from ebay didnt think i would find the drivers for it
