I have a very large game i want to move to another partition, how do i go about it so that all the relevant registry entries etc know where it is...

The game is getting bigger and bigger due to all the add on files ive been using, and now is big enough that seacrhes takes forever as they have to go through this entire game.....

 

Reinstall the game on the new harddisk then copy the entire game from the orginal directory to the new one

That's the only way, reinstall the game, but as apposed to installing it on the C:\ Drive, install it on the other hard drive, then, copy / reinstall the add onn's. Unless the drive's faster, or your current one is full up, it won't make much differance
