I’m selling my RS focus mk1 as i would like to purchase a new car. These cars need to be viewed in person i find to really appreciate them so if you are interested then please feel free to come and have a look. Test drives will only be undertaken by me unless you have a valid insurance certificate. Either way a valid insurance certificate AND the full asking price in cash will be in my hand before it goes anywhere. DON'T get too excited though as I WILL..... Still be coming along with you. (I’m a part time driving instructor so no speeding will be going on)

Firstly I would like to add that I’m a RSOC member and the build number is 0360 for all those who love to get involved and message me asking. (You know who you are) Now.... been a 10 year old car it’s hard to find a perfect example of any car of this age. This is no exception. It has the odd age related marks but again its 10 years old and to be expected. I use it as my daily and with the mileage its probably been a daily most of its life. (Will go up as in daily use) I dont want buyers turning up expecting it to be a concourse car and the underside to be gleaming as its not. There will always be something you want to change or do with these cars. It does have various age related marks but to be honest its overall condition is great for a car with a bit over 95k on the clock. (will go up as in daily use) I’ve had it next to a few friends with lower mileage and it looks just as good. There is no rust on the arches which is a common problem. It had a full exterior professional detail in March just gone.

The car has the usual modifications found on these. I would say it’s been sensibly modified and could be put back to standard if the new buyer wishes to do so.

With regards to the history of the vehicle, it IS HPI clear with no accidents, claims or finance outstanding. It has full service history with the last one been carried out in January this year (2013). MOT is due at the end of November 2013 and TAX is due the end of May 2013. All MOT’s for this car have been passed with no advisories apart from one which was relating to a bald tyre and low headlight. Please feel free to check if you are interested. As you can see from the list of new parts below, it has had quite a bit of money spent on it and most parts changed are upgrades which are better than standard parts.

- New engine torque mount bush fitted February 2013
- New NGK lambda sensor fitted February 2013
- New Idle control Valve fitted February 2013
- New power steering pipes fitted February 2013
- New CPE Recirc dump valve fitted March 2013
- New Bosch HT leads fitted March 2013
- New coil pack fitted March 2013
- New standard Manifold. New Gaskets, Nut & stud bolt kit fitted March 2013
- New upgraded CPE heater matrix hoses fitted April 2013
