thanks again everyone for the comments.. id really love a focus mate but im really trying to get away from the tinkering types of cars.. id end up spending any money i had on another ford i wouldnt be able to help myself.. if i got a focus i could see myself spending months laying under it stripping it all to be painted then never use the thing like ive done with this car.. its only been out twice in the past few years in the rain and look how dirty its got...

I'd love a van mate but at the mo all I want is a Clio 182 . Aircon and cruise control nice nippy small car. Be nice to have a few quid in the bank instead of thinking what to buy for the cossie with any spare cash. I'd still love to see what mines like with an adjustable beam. I've not even been in the garage to look at mine all week. I don't know how I'm going to feel if it does go.

Rog stop getting excited with yourself, this car is far superior to yours. You have a standard motor with a big blower. This is detailed underneath, big spec engine, the lot.

thanks again for the comments.. i know its strong money for a saff but even if you price up the more expensive parts it certainly adds up to more than im asking i was trying to keep it realistic.. ive had a few offers without it even being viewed and to be honest it is a lot better looking in the flesh.. im hoping to borrow a mates camera to take some more pics this week then ill list on piston heads.. their is no big rush for me to sell as id take it off the road for winter anyway.. if i decide to break im sure it will take a while to shift some bits but id like any buyers to see the main bits running on the car first to save any confusion..
i am surprised at the price theirs not more interest but guess its a sign of the times..

Car looks really clean, I think you're right about the better camera shots though, some high quality photos and a pistonheads add should see you get a much better audience for selling it. Definately not an unrealistic price so don't sell yourself short

Cool come and have a look mate you might end up going back. Or is it once you had jap you won't go back. Although I'm sure it's nothing like a 900hp supra a 550php skybus is pretty similar speed wise. At least a new owner would treat it like a car and not like me treating it like a baby.

you did put the licence for silly offers , by putting ono.

was almost tempted myself making a silly offer, and would have done, if i didnt know the car and your circumstances from on here ( as in if you dont get what you want sticking it back in the garage )

I guess times have changed since I was buying cars then. As in Ono always meant to me or near offer not OMAIO or make an insulting offer. I'd rather burn it and claim on the insurance than take 7k for it. Theirs a cheeky offer which is fine like a car up for 5.5k and asking if they would take 5 then a 10k car and offering 7.
If I put a car up for 3k would they be asking if they could have it for free.
I must admit if I were looking to spend 8k on a cossie I wouldn't have considered this car as I didn't have enough . But I'd never offer before first looki g at the car anyway .
Feel free to come have a look though .
That's my view on it though and as you say I did put Ono so I'll have to listen to these offers and the worst that can happen is I say no.

Yes it has mate. The new owner seemed to really know his stuff bodywork wise and their were a few bits he wants to change that I'm sure will make it even better.
I'm sure it will get some proper use with him.
