Escort RS Turbo for sale
Clocks say 46k, I assume this is incorrect but cannot verify.
Loads of history/receipts with the car
Did have a 1.8 ZVH but water got into the inlet and hydrolocked it
So, I've picked up a spare 1.6CVH engine to put in.Has K&N filter
Baily breather
Piper 285 cam
Samcos
Baily DV
Chrome bits and bobs
Full scorpion stainless (with manifold and downpipe wrapped)
Turbo looks to be a hybrid, but not sure on spec
Chipped ECU
Set at 11psi and holds boost well
Koni shocks and springs
90 spec interior but drivers seat is grubby with rip on bolster
Standard wheels with lots of tread all round
Shell is nice and solid underneath
Slight bubbling around the sunroof
Basically just looking to get my money back on it
£1700.00 takes it

There is nothing worse than going to see a mint car to find its a bag of shit. Been there, done that.
As said, its an honest, clean car. With a little work, could be mint. I've just lost heart with it and going back to french

This is still for sale.
1.6 CVH engine now installed and runs sweet. New clutch gone in last week.
All dodgy wiring has been stripepd back and sorted out, including old bodged up fuel pump relay and push button start.
£1500.00 takes the car.
MOT til Feb 2013, and tax til end Sept 2012
Drop me a call/text as I rarely come on here now.

Thought I better put some more pics up for the car, so people know what to expect when I said its not mint

Arear drivers arch
Both rear arch spats have stonechips and could do with painting
A little hole in the boot floor
Engine bay
Kent adjustable vernier on a piper 285T cam
Full new set of exhaust studs retapped in
Under the fusebox is mint
Battery tray replaced with another
a dizzy without a cable tie? Thats gotta be worth 25BHP?
Seats. Have been swapped driver for passenger. Probs could do with a new drivers seat tbf. Rears are mint though
Series 1 steering wheel, white dials and boostgauge
Now, I have been as honest as I can be. I think this car is worth £1500 all day long. Its a runner, it has a long test on it and a couple of moths tax.
A few hundred throwing at this, and someone will have a decent motor.
Available for viewing now.
No test pilots, unless you bring proof of a traders policy, as the vehicle is no longer insured and "I am fully comp on mine" will not cut the mustard
