Massive spec 600+bhp focus rs full car, pics added post #20
If this doesnt sell then it doesnt sell
But this is an absoloute bargain, only seelling due to bigger family and not enough time,
Most people may know the car anyway,
It has massive spec engine
Fully forged cgi bottom end
£2k cylinder head
Custom ground cam shafts
Tublar exhaust manifold
Twin side exit exhaust
Dta s60 pro engine managment
Blouch billet gtx3582 r turbo (720bhp capable)
Custom 1 off inlet manifold
Aeromotive fuel reg
Bosch fuel pumps
In boot battery and fuel tank
Stack dash with intergrated wideband and knock link
Fm intercooler
Seriously too much to list,
The car currently has a silver boot lid and no front wings or bumper, but has a wrc kit to be fitted and painted,
The engine just needs refitting and a new boost map doing,
Off boost map is done and will fire up on current map fine,
This car has never been a bufty toy and has been used, The body has no dents or rust, new polly bushed rear end,
The car has done aprox 46k miles,
As i said at the begining this is a bargain price,
£9500 takes it away no offers,
I have over £25k in this car
Any more info if interested
Give me a ring (07858502587)
Car is currently at GR performance in rotherham,
Cheers
Richard

The engine will be back in tomorrow,
And will run,
As time goes on the car will progress to a more finished state,
But the price would increase,
The car fully finished will be £12k no offers

Head £2k
Cgi forged block £1500
Ecu & loom £1200
Stack dash with wide band knock link etc etc £1400
Exhaust manifold £600
Blouch billet 35 r turbo £1k
Inlet manifold £750

Honestly thought this would of sold by now,
Its priced to sell and not been greedy,
This engine/car will make over 600 to near 630 (maybe more)

The fact it hasnt sold is that yes all together and mapped its worth the money, but to buy a car in pieces with no front end for 10k isnt everyones idea of how to spend money, as i found this when my cossie started to smoke after thousands spent, underside resto gt30 etc etc and i couldnt sell it, as you said its probably worth completeing it and showing people its reliable and do some good mileage to put a potential buyers mind at rest, then you can get the full wack you where after.

The engine has ran and done quite a few miles,
It made 545.4 bhp and ran sweet as a nut, i only stripped it down for a new oil pump so i could raise the limiter from 7200 to 8500
And when we tried to go above 1.7 bar i got valve float, so whipped the head off and spent a hell of aload of money on double spring conversion, porting and polishing, and also changed the blower to a billet one,
The block assembly itself has proved itself,
No offence but these zetec/cgi engines arnt yourtypical cossie lump,
There a very reliable unit,
The head is an area six jobbie so rest assured there wont be any issues there

Your going to struggle to sell here.
Its a million miles away from being usable. Half the bodywork missing, no engine and I presume the new owner will have to get it mapped. The new kit looks god awful (IMO), so the new owner will have to spend a fair penny to put that right.
Finally it begs the question, why don't you put it back together? Either there is a hidden problem, or more likely it will cost a bomb.
Your power claims seem very fanciful. Would you sell on a proviso that if it doesn't make 640bhp the new owner can have some money back?
Good luck with the sale, but you really should make it complete to make that kind of money you want

If i was to finish it i would want £12k
The engine is built and if i get chance to fit it next week i will get it mapped to prove a figure,
Not really exagerated figures when you have the best part of £15k in the engine alone

Ok so engIne is now built,
Engine bay cleaned and a/c pipes removed,
Wiring tidy'd up and now ready for the engine to be re-fitted,
Price still £9500
Or i can get the engine fitted and fully mapped but the price would then be £10'500 firm,
The further it gets to completion the price will keep going up,
But weather this car goes as it is now or fully complete its still needs to go as i now dont have a garage at home for it either as due to expanding family we are converting garage to a play room,
This is seriously a bargain, and a genuine reason for the sale

IMO mate, unless you break up into bits (then you will no doubt be left with lots) you will be far better off completing the car and getting it mapped as you say it's not going to take much to do this?
As much as i like frs's, there is a very niche market for a highly modified and different one like yours when for the same money you could buy a mint fully working 300 odd bhp one (i do realise what you must have spent on the engine etc by the way so not a dig), when complete and people see the power figures etc you might get the sort of money you're after

The no brainer for me is buy this&steve b's shell, choose the best bits, break the rest and you've probably got one of the best Rs focii around for around £10 k as the spares alone will fetch you £3-4K minimum.
Be nice to have the cash to do it!!!!
Surprised Paul nyrs isnt over this?
