2L ZVH Fiesta Xr2i Black - Healthy spec!
Hi here we have my pride and joy for sale. It’s an Xr2i with a 2L ZVH. I really don’t want to sell but I don’t have the time to or money to keep it.
Comes with privet plate B15 TRB
Has MOT till 18th JUNE 2009 + Taxed till 30th NOV 2009
The engine is a fresh built 2L ZVH and has only done around 700miles.
After engine was built it was taken to Torque of the devil to make sure fuelling was ok…. It wasn’t so they put ST170 injectors in and got it fuelling right!
It is only running 9psi boost and it made 176.2BHP & 208lbs/ft torque (print out to prove) but this was before the stage 3 head, cam, and front mount cooler was put in so I would guess it’s nice 200bhp. Cause its only running 9psi it should be reliable.
Spec is:
Stage 3 hybrid t3 turbo
Auto specialist tubular stainless manifold
ST170 injectors
Airtec alloy Rad
Airtec front mount intercooler
K&N air filter
Vibra technics gear box mounts
Full stainless steel exhaust system with 4” outward rolled tip + flamer kit!
APR non-stretch head bolts,
86mm cosmetic multi-layer head gasket
Pistons skimmed 0.5mm
New federal mogal rings,
Ford big end and main bearings replaced,
New ford water pump,
New oil pump,
8 hydraulic lifters,
All new gaskets throughout, (ford)
Stage 3 big valve head – specialised engineering.
Valve seats re cut and lapped in,
stem seals replaced etc,
Kent cvh34 cam kit + Vernier pulley
New cambelt,
New ford alternator belt,
Motor sport cossie fuel pump,
Samco hoses
Black diamond clutch organic clutch
Suspension
Just had new N/S/R wheel bearing.
New O/S/F wheel bearing
New N/S/F hub flange + wheel bearing
front and rear strut brace
60mm gaz shock and springs
new front lower arms
new top rubber mounts
Brakes and wheels
Braided front brake lines + have the rears too but not fitted.
Front 260mm puma conversion, disc and pads (drivers side front disc is warped and makes horrible noise)
xr2i rear drums
16” 6 spoke compimotive’s only 1 month old cost me £720 with out tires!
P Zero Nero tyres all round with lots of life left
Interior

custom carbon fibre gauge holder
Auto-gauge, boost (psi) and oil pressure (psi)
Exterior
Very light black tint - pop outs should be on by friday

MCR front spiller on xr2i bumper.
Ok now for the bad things – not many!
I ripped the corner of the front bumper off (put on bigger tyres but changed back to the 40 profile)
I have the bit that ripped off and you maybe able to fibreglass it back on! If not I also have a standard black xr2i front bumper, which you can have.
Alternator is bit noisy but still gives good charge – never had a flat battery!
It did have some welding done on the sill for the mot, a good job was done and the car was wax-oiled after.
The car drives well and is fast enough to beet most cars on the road. It is a clean car for its age but it is very old so has few little parking dents…
I do advise anyone that is interested to come have a look for your self.
Looking for £3300 with the wheels or £2800 with Mondeo alloys.
Also have Pectel T2 management that isn’t going with the car but would have been my next mod.
