RS1600i silver
RS1600i excellent condition in stratos silver
Just one point before i start ,this car will be sold with the standard 7 spoke alloy wheels and NOT i repeat NOT the speedlines in the pics

This is a stunning 16i , having been restored to a very high standard ,using many new parts ,there is NO rust or body work issues at all and the paint work is suberb,
the standard alloys are in very good condition with very good dunlop tyres,
it has done 65,000 miles which i beleive to be correct ,i have loads of old mots,receipts and paperwork to go with the car, the car runs sweet as a nut
it has 5 months tax and 11 months mot , flew straight through no probs
The interior is in good condition with no rips or burns , the dash is very good with only a couple of tiny cracks from the screen vents, (see pic)
standard 4 spoke rs steering wheel again very good , standard radio that still works,full set of ford rubber matts,full set of ford mudflaps,koni top adjustables all round
stainless exhaust, i dont know what make but it's very nice and goes the correct route over the rear arm.
I took the car to santa pod rs day this year, a 260 mile round trip with no problems at all. It also won a trophy for best rs1600i at castle combe rs day last year, and i think it's ready to defend it's crown again this year
when i bought the car i was told it needed just a sunroof to finish,but i have never changed it although i have a good mk4 one to go with the car
All in all this is a cracking show ready car and definately one of the nicest out there, i am only selling because i very rarely get time to use her, in my 18 months i've had her ,i've been to 3 shows, castle combe , rs national day and santa pod this year,

I really like this car. I had a MK3 XR3i back in 1994. Always thought the RS1600i was the best looking out of the MK3 range, even thought and still think they are better looking than the Series 1 RS Turbo.
