I have the V5 and current MOT certificate.
1995 M Reg Isuzu Trooper Bighorn 3.1D
7 seater
1 years MOT, expires 17th January 2010
No tax (this has been cashed in as it was on a disabled rate, but is normally £185 a year)
114000 kms showing on speedo, although now converted to MPH. I do not know how much of that figure is KMs and how much is miles, but it does not look like a car that has done 100k+ kms or miles.
3.1 Turbo Diesel Engine (113 bhp) with recent new alternator
Automatic High and low range 4*4 gearbox
Auto lock front hubs
4 * Alloy wheels with Pirelli Scorpion 265/70/16 tyres
Spare alloy wheel (CV645 wheel, fake split rim style) with Bridgestone Dueler AT691 tyre
6 door (60:40 rear opening doors)
Recaro tilt and slide front seats, electrically heated and working.
2nd row of seats recline too (see vid)
3rd row of seats in boot area, making this a 7 seater
Digital air conditioning / climate control, LCD display in full working order
Electric windows * 4, wind deflectors fitted to front windows. Rear and boot windows tinted.
Electric adjustable and folding mirrors
Bonnet mounted kerb mirror
Irmscher steering wheel
Alloy side running boards made by Avenger (www.avenger4x4accessories.com)
Power steering
Electric headlight wash / wipers
Rear screen wash, wipe and demisters all working
4x40W Sony CRC1300 FM Radio / Cassette with 10 disc CD multi-changer beneath the passenger seat
Overall condition of the car is very good for the age. The metallic blue paint work is still shiny (no flaking laquer or rust anywhere on the bodywork). It looks like it has been garaged for much of its life. Interior bar the small rip mentioned below is in VERY good condition. All the electrics work like they are supposed to (see the various videos). Engine starts first time every time. I have filmed the car starting from cold, and the car driving through the lower gears so you can see just how good it is. Auto gearbox is smooth on up and down changes. It’s a pleasure to use.
It has NOT got a tow bar fitted, and looks like it has had an easy life, unlike much of the well worked / tired examples around these days.
I would definitely recommend viewing the car as I personally think this is a very good example of this type of car. I think the condition alone will sell itself. I also want you to be happy that my description, videos and pics are honest – I’ve tried my best to give you a “virtual” guided tour and test drive of the car, but seeing is believing.
Any questions you have please don’t hesitate to ask me – my tel no is 07971 661940, or 01935 422910 or better still PM me on here
It even has ¾ of a tank of diesel in it – ready to drive away!
Bad points –
Driver’s seat bolster has some wear and a small tear – see pics
Small ding in passenger side door – see pics, you can see the ripple in the reflection of the pallet in the background
Small scuff on rear bumper – not cracked, but has marked the paint.
Odd small stone chips
Normal kind of stuff really for a 13 year old car.
