H reg orion 1.6LX going cheap
This is my Dads orion, he has had it for a long time,
has a few months mot left no tax as it has just run out,
has new brakes all round, has tow bar fitted, sunroof,
slight dent on o/s wing and small crack in bumper,
slight exhaust blow, but really will do someone a turn.
Reason for sale is he has been unfortunate enough to have been told he is
no longer allowed to drive as of the sight loss that he has.
only wants £200 but please no offers, its breaking him up having to sell it,
as he really does not want to but he has too.

As these people have said dont scrap it (weigh it in) the scrap value is indeed down the lurch. Fair enough salvage yards and recyclers do vary in price of what they are paying per ton but all of them are very low at the moment. *Remembers early 08 when it was 200.00 a ton :O)
Another additonal point is, most well certianly most round here charge if you leave the tyres on any vehicle I think its 5.00 per tyre on cars and then if you goto a typical cowboy buissness they will try and knock the figure down for leaving interior in.
Put this on ebay, I have seen orions in alot worse condition go for 150.00 plus.
Hope this helps.. James
