My ST200 is up for grabs, as it has broke it's engine

Suspected big end, maybe someone can fix?

Anyway, car is in general good nick, has covered 113,000, FFSH, MOT has just ran out as has tax.

The rear bumper has a crack, and so does the front grille. Slight rust coming through on one arch and a bubble on the boot lid.

Full leather Recaro interior, the stitching has come lose on drivers seat for approx 4cm, very easy fix!

Please note the cars registration is W645 YHJ, the personalised plate has been taken off

its my mates car i dont even know how much he is after, just wants rid of it cos breaking is to much hassle

bit steep when it needs a new engine aswell mate.

let alone the bumper and grille cracks, the rust its got and the seat that needs re-stitching.


honestly, i think the offers already made are good, far more than id even contemplate offering!

 

Can't win can you lol. First of all I say offers, everyone moans at me for not giving a vague guide, then when I come up with a price you moan because you think it's too much!

FYI I was already offered Ł1k immediately by someone who knows about ST200's unfortunately the sale fell through because he was involved in an RTA and said if I can find a buyer sooner then he would fully understand if I sold it.

So fiest nearest to 1k gets it, or I just wait a little longer

Are these prone to going bang? My mates went through 2 engines? And another mates St24 with 40K on blew up aswell! Dont get me wrong nice cars but are they engines weak?

 

My ST24 was still going strong at 85k..... These engines are cheap, i was offered a 2nd hand one for Ł300 when i had mine.
