Ford Fiesta RS Turbo

Story
This certainly is a very rare condition Ford Fiesta RS Turbo we searched high and low over a 4 month period to purchase an RS turbo in this condition some 18months ago. We have the original bill of sale a part exchange for a black Escort Rs turbo G484 DKF with 21,000 miles; from a Mrs. Edna Yardley in 04/1991 the amount paid for the RS Turbo was £11,262.00.
The car has not really altered since the purchase.
Edna as per the sales receipt was an employee of the Ford garage as a receptionist, the car was then passed through the family as per log books, when someone within the family choose to Part exchange the RS turbo for a new car at Ford in Watford where a mechanic from within the garage purchased the car and maintained the cars originality, we found the car advertised a short while after within the local Auto trader and new the car was the one.

Reason for Sale
The RS turbo has had a life long ownership of being garaged and meticulous maintenance; we too have stored the car within our garage up until recently due to extensive works being carried out on our house. Due to our property project swallowing all of our resources, energy and time we longer have a place for (Timmy) to stay. So this spring someone will welcome him.

Mods
The original boost hoses have been replaced for samco. The exhaust has been replaced for a full stainless steel system, (we may still have the original) and a simple K and N cotton air filter. That’s it standard boost engine etc unmolested, and original in every way.

Service History
We have a folder full of credible documentation to verify mileage being 80K and passed bills of repair etc. far too much to list all.

MOT & TAX
The car currently has MOT and Tax plenty to be getting on with, and due to the continuous maintainace carried out over the previous years and the fact Timmy has been maintained regardless he is sure to fly through any test. Any inspection welcome as long as it is carried out by a professional.

Security
The car has thatcham approved security however at this stage we choose not to disclose the security system.

General
Mercury grey, 80k miles mot and tax usual RS turbo refinements, original standard ford stereo, standard wheels, recent clutch and tyres. No rust on the surface of the car floor pan or engine bay full inspections welcome truly outstanding example

timmy has all original panels, he is hpi clear, i do not currently have any pics of the interior, but it is in excellent condition, apart from one tiny bit on the drivers seat on the piping where they all go, mine has only just started so its not that bad as i normally cover it up with a snap on seat cover. the interior of the car is all original there are no other scratches or marks. i am now looking for £3250.
