Need some help guys going to sell my coosie after i got it back from the guy who sold me the series 1 ringer you all know the red one.OK HERE GOES : IT IS A WHITE SIERRA COSWORTH 2WD WITH FULL LEATHER IN IMACULATE CONDITION ITS GOT INTERIOR BOOST GAUGES, OIL PRESSURE AND, TEMP ON THE OUTSIDE THE CAR LOOKS FAIRLY STANDARD APART FROM THE 17"TSW IMOLAS AND MONGOOSE EXHAUST AND THEN THE 4X4 VENTED BONNET AND THE CASTLE PERFORMANCE GRAPHICS ON THE SCREEN , THE CAR ALSO BOASTS A SET OF KONIS SUSPENSION ALL ROUND .THEN WE MOVE TO THE ENGINE : ITS A FULL RS500 BLOCK WITH OIL SPRAY BAR MODIFICATOINS ,T38 HYBRID TURBO , RS500 TURBO DAMPER , RS 500 AIR BOX INC RS 500 AIR SCOOP ,GREY INJECTORS ,RS 500 FRONT WIRING HARNESS FULL SET OF BAILY ALLOY TANKS ,GROUP A BREATHER SYSTEM,RS 500 INTERCOOLER (ORIGINAL) LOADS MORE SPEC INC OVER 30K IN UPGRADES, RECIEPTS ,BILLS, ETC THERE IS LOADS MORE SPEC AND MODS FOR THE CAR ARE A COUPLE OF STONE CHIPS ON THE FRONT OF THE BONNET BUT THEY ARE HARDLY NOTICABLE AND A FEW TINY MARKS ON THE BUMPER MUCH THE SAME AS ON THE BONNET BUT OVERALL THE CAR IS MINT CONDITION FOR ITS AGE (18 YEARS OLD!!!) I'm good mates with the lad who used to own the car and built the engine (he built my engine as well) and i've got to say that the pics on ebay dont do it justice at all, it was always maintained regardless of cost so i'd say it was worth 6k easy.

I agree! It is worth a lot more than 6k, they dont seem to fetch what they're worth on ebay tho!

Some stuff like diesels and shit fetch nothing, just picked up a y plate laguna dci, half leathers, alloys all the toys, sports tourer 6spd for 2750 in met sky blue, its good if you want a quick sale and don't mind losing a few quid, for cossies and such its rubbish, think I'd only ever buy another cossie from someone on here.

so from what i can see.-man with red s1 ringer gives it back to lad who dealt the cossie on it but still leaves it on ebay for sale.lad who apparently got it back advertises it on here for Ł4500/4300.but its still on ebay from other guy.colin now owns it and has paid Ł6000 for it,but still it was on ebay AND on here for sale for a lot less(Ł4500).

am i going mad or does that lot not make much sense.

if this car is sold now can the seller please ask a mod to lock the post please.

for 6k & gizz above wants 4300 for it

Prob best staying clear of the car as noboady knows the real story with it

 

if i had paid Ł6000 for it then found out i could have bought it for Ł4300 i wouldnt be too happy.especially if it had broken down on way home!

How can you possibly call him a knobhead? The price of any car you're selling is always dependent on how quickly you want to sell it. If you're desperate for the money you can't afford to have a car sitting around so you price it accordingly.

I think you should apologise to him!
