I'm selling my 4x4 saphire cosworth when I got it it needed an engine rebuild so every mechanical part has been replaced and uprated where possible. Here are some pics with some of the spec below

Mahle forged pistons with pockets cut in
all new bearings and uporated bolts.
balanced bottom end
New Alcon 6 paddle clutch
New water pump
New oil pump
All New sensors
3 BAR map sensor
Dark green inj
New T34 turbo
New Mongoose Exhaust system
All bushes replace with powerflex items
Koni Adjustable with custom Leda springs
Ferodo racing pads with grooved discs all round
Stil Auto wheels with polished lip and brand new Goodyear Eagle F1 Tyres only covered about 100 miles.
Bailey Header Tank
Bailey breather
Bailey swirl pot
Bailey P/S tank
Bailey DV
Samco boost and coolant hoses
Earls braided hoses for all vacum hoses.
Spec R cambelt cover
Polished Cam Cover
Spec R Turbo heat shield
SS Battery wrap
SS alarm cover
SS intercooler plate
Chromed Strut brace
SS coil cover and bracket
SS oil cap cover
Chromed suspension mounts and nut covers
SS exhaust shield on rear bumper
Always run on Silkolene pro S oil
Mapped by Mark Shead at MA Developments and RR'd recently with graphs to prove at 371bhp & 384lb torque
This car is in excellent condition (no rust anywhere) and is priced as such I am looking for £6200 ono I realise there are cheaper cars about but not in this condition this car has just had a £7k engine rebuild not to mention the numerous other parts fitted this year and is worth every penny!

yes its totally rust free none of the rust you see on a lot of them round the arches etc
I know what you mean about the wheels they were the previous owners choice though I do have to say they have grown on me since I've had it and I actually quite like them now.

hello dan, the Fez is no longer I had to break it as I couldn't find a buyer was a bit gutted to undo all my hard work but its no an un-common occurance these days breaking a modded car.
