focus ST170 Hubs/knuckles(front)
I'm looking to upgrade the brakes on my 2litre focus so i'm after the hubs/knuckles off of a ST170 to get me started
if anybody knows of different parts I can use that bolt up pretty easily please also let me know.

I'm in keynsham/bristol bs31 2ty so a bit far from you- don't spose your going to any shows are you? How much would you want for the hubs and/ or entire front brakes/calipers etc?

Have a look on ebay for a complete subframe, there were a few on a week or two back. That way you get the brakes, knuckles, and suspension. Generally about the same price as just the brakes and knuckles as noone can be bothered to mess about fetching a complete subframe.
Edit:
just looked, there aren't any atm I was going to put front and rear subframes with brakes and suspension on my 2 litre, until I thought I should ask my insurance company first. Unfortunately they just flat refused, and I don't want to loose 8 months of NCB with a new policy.

gotta be honest it might slip my mind when it comes to insurance, they won't be painted or nothing so it won't be obvious at all unless they measured them or the insurance assessor was a ford nut lol.

It would be hard to spot.
Its pretty easy to swap the subframes over, also if yours are in good nick they might be worth most of what you pay for st ones, if you can have them laying around until someone buys them.
15mm-head bolts though, bit of a funny size.

i was thinking that as wot i have is pretty tidy at the moment and even standard hubs etc aren't that cheap. 15mm is in the halfords lifesaver kit so thats all good lol.

Yeah your a couple of hours away from me, M4/M25....I dont do the show scene unfortunatly, i'm into me 4x4's now!
Not sure on price, offers I guess.
Brakes I still have, they did sell on eBay and i'm waiting for the guy to collect.....he paid a month ago now but have failed to contact me
