I know of a MINT 1 owner from new, 34k on the clock, saw it a few weeks ago having it's annual service, was shocked it wasn't rotten!

They are slow until you do silly things to them like 1380 cc and more boost, but limited by the carb!

good luck finding one havent seen one on the road for years.

(could be tempted by that mint low mileage one if it came up for sale, proper 80's old school)
