Hi folks, right then, after looking at all the angles about what to buy next and my current situation I've decided not to buy another Escort Cossie because lets be honest they're a bit of a money pit and a lot of cash to have tied up for something that doesn't get used much. I have issues with my job so I'm not willing to tie up a lot of money in another car until I've decided what the next move is. But I would like another RS for the summer though.
So...has anyone got or does anyone know of someone who has a mint black or red Escort RS Turbo for sale, I'd prefer a 90 spec with no more than 70k miles on the clock, must have service history and be hpi clear, standard looking but can be modified. Must be mint though, I don't want a project or a knackered one that's been thrashed to within an inch of it's life. And I do know a good one from a bad one, I've had loads of them in the past.
I just want something at the moment that I can be enjoy and not have to worry about, and just do the odd mod myself if and when I feel like it.
So that's what I'm after, anyone got one?

Up to about Ł5k depending on mileage and condition. I'm not looking for a sub 10k miles concourse car because it's going to be used, but I do want it to be in mint condition and not to have gone around the world.

 

you'll easily get a nice one for that money, have a search through ebay/ pistonheads/ autotrader. few in for sale but dont know them personally
