My other half has a ‘T’ registered Puma with traction control. The warning light (and ABS warning light) do exactly what the handbook says they should do but the traction control does not work.
I know that this particular Ford system is only active up to 25mph but is doesn’t even work from a standing start.
Are there any common problems with this system that I should check first as I don’t particularly want to take it to a main stealer for them to have a look at.
I have also posted this in the ‘General’ forum.
Thanks in advance for any help.

ABS works fine (she let me have a play in the rain) but seems to pulse slower than my cossie (but thats thats broke now!).
Traction control does nothing at all.
Any more ideas ?

Same thing for me, I can easily wheel spin on the wet when starting. I thought it wasn't working until I drive on the snow.
Then, I had the impression it was working, hearing the brakes working. I guess there must be a certain spinning speed difference between the 2 front wheels to make it working.
