If your keeping the 6 speed take a look at a ttv single mass fly.
yeah you usually see gummed up oil rings if some one has run mineral oil or poor quality semi synthetic, or just not changed it for years. However the crank case is fairly clean along with the underside of the pistons, if cheap oil was used it usually stains the hell out of these parts. These may have just got stuck with lack of use. Either way I’m not too worried they will clean up and be regapped.
👍 already have a TTV flywheel on order, as no one has them in stock at the moment so it could be a couple of weeks before it turns up. That’s ok though as I’ve got plenty to get on with in the mean time
