In 2012 we went in to buy a new car, 15 mins we waited and no-body came over, not even a "someone will be with you in a minute"! (we were browsing the showroom, obvious we were looking to buy) we gave it another 5 and left. Bought a car the same day from M53 Ford instead! I won't even bore you with the disaster that is the part department
Back on topic - make it clear you're unhappy! Demand to speak to the customer care manager, it's the only way to get it sorted. Be sure to mention 'citizens advice' and that you're considering rejecting the car. This should make them jump to it!
