Few will have the aero designed for such work, and none will have tyres developed for such work...unless the cars are relatively slow in the first place. It would be very different pushing a tyre well beyond it's design speed/loading for a few seconds over say a mile distance...but 2, 3, 4 miles ? Nope, it's getting silly at that point. Each to their own...but I'd say it's a bad idea to even contemplate such a distance if it's cars capable of 200+ that were never designed for it
