new exhaust gaskets with new nuts and washers:
exhaust manifold fitted:
when I bought the car the turbo was running a restrictor my plan was always to replace the front housing with a standard one,so I won this one off ebay a few years ago so decided to fit it today:
guess what?it does fit but locks the blades
so looks like im stuck with the original housing for now
new studs and nuts the exhaust housing.
shot blasted the front housing:
fitted the actuator/bracket and oil return:
home made exhaust flange:
restrictor fitted:
that's it for now hopefully have the engine in in a couple of weeks.
