That could be designed like 3d tvs when you can turn a 3d film/program to 2d. So it only shows 1 picture of the 3d.
never thought of the right stick like that....cheers for clearing that up, that makes sense.
I didnt mean less developers as such, everything is made via pc. what meant was there are more people with gaming consoles around the world than gaming pcs...... therefore its a big market.aiming at just pc's will never make it "high street" popular. You wont see it advertised on tv...therefore will never make massive profits.
There is a market for the product,no doubt.....i just think if sony make something very similar, put it on ps4.....then oculus will just be a memory(even if it is far better) as everyone would be talking about sonys vr headset.
I dont know a single person with a gaming pc, tell a lie, thinking about it, i know one. Yet pretty much everyone of my firends have either xbox360's on ps3's..... with most having more than one. i have 3 consoles in my house for me,my wife and my kids. lol
Its been prooven that hi res graphics dont make a game more immersive, so 1080p only matters a little, its the environment and the wat it reacts that makes a bigger impact in my eyes.
was watching a review on ac black flag. they played it on ps4 then played it on xbox 360. obviously its looked better on ps4,better animations etc, but they said after playing over half hour on xbox 360, they had forgotten the differences as they were just focused on the actual game.
I honestly think all this focusing on resoloutions are missing the entire point. resoloution doesnt make a great game. nintendo proove this.
It does matter when the screen is less then an inch away from your eye.
People playing bf3 on the dev kit said at 400p ai enemies where shooting them before they had even appeared as the lower resolution means the draw distance is severely hampered.
Well if there wasn't a market they wouldn't be making it. Steam game client on PC has 65million daily active users. There is also a lot that refuse to use steam so the number is greater than that.
PC gaming is a lot bigger than people realise. Especially when it comes to less casual gamers that products like this are aimed at.
