yep, i get that. No one has said ps4 isnt more powerful in specs. BUT, what good is a game that looks great, but plays shit online? is forever kicking you out of games or relying on hosts........which then gives lag. Im not knocking the graphical capabilities of the ps4,but, there is far more than just a pretty picture..
At the end of the day most of the "image is lost once you start playing it". The only people loooking at the Pretty clouds etc are people who are watching you play lol.

Take battlefield 3 on xbox 360. I remember seeing clips on youtube etc. Pre ordered it. When i turned it on i couldnt believe how shit it looked. Sold it the next day lol. Bought it again 6 months later to give it another try as i was sick of cod. Within 20 mins in i was hooked. All of a sudden i wasnt noticing the shit pop ups, the shit textures and shit screen ripping. I was focused on the game. Now, dont get me wrong, graphics can make a difference, but not as much as realistic physics in game. If they spent less time on making everything look 100% pretty, and made everything else react in a realistic manner(better/more realistic building destruction, explosions etc ) it would emerse you further and would make a better experience.

Either way, im not too fussed that xbox doesnt hit 1080p 60fps on most games. In time, it should get there. Im still glad i pre ordered one.

oh.....and then add oculus rift.

slightly off topic. any of you seen the demo of battlefield 4 using oculus rift.!!!!!!!!! fucking awesome. i so want that!
