Ask him the question about it as you will be surprised how many don't have the correct tool for that job and think 90dg turn is tight. A yb belt tensioned correctly is much tighter than you think it should be.

Should the belt be 'slackish' when the engine is stone cold, but tighten up a fair bit when warmed up?
