Just had a similar spec built at scs, they advised using a 205 block and std head gasket would be pushed at 400, if your paying out for a rebuild why not future proof your self, 200 block 6 long stud and metal head gasket then you wont have to cross your fingers every time you but ya foot down.
Ive got loads of 205 blocks and not the money for a std bore 200 block. To be honest the money 200 block make these day i would rather bit the bullet and go to burton's for a alloy block.
