What I do know is since I left my previous position the sales have dropped from 100 a mth to 40 and I'm producing 25 of that 40 on my own and they have 6 other salespeople doing the balance so his position has actually been called into question because he now has 40% of what he had to do previously and his 60k salary is now way out o whack
Redundancy is facing him I'm certain and the boss who I really get on with and we see eye to eye on everything has assured me it won't be long before redundancy gets rid of him
I've withdrawn my services and sales until its sorted and this will have a huge impact financially to them with me accounting for 50% of their turnover an profits
I still want to fuck him over though
Personally I think you've done the best thing here this will hit the business hard and they'll soon realise how much they need you and not him he'll be gone and you'll be back on board and sat back laughing. Give it a month or two for the cunt to be out if work and things to get tight then go see his mrs and tell all job jobbed.
Usually I'd say kick the fuck out of him bla bla bla but I've been there and done that several times but sadly it's you and me that get on the wrong side of the law and cunts like that that get the last laugh after there broken bones have healed. Lesson learnt stay calm simmer instead of boil and take time to think about your revenge carefully without violence or comebacks.
