I agree worse stuff goes on, but people on mobiles driving are a fucking menace, paying jackshit attention to the road, serving, braking suddenly etc. I think a months ban for it would start waking people up, the 3 points clearly aint helped as there are still loads who do it. This is coming from someone who used to do it all the time, the 3 points scare was enough to wake me up. Being in a car with someone on their phone is fucking scary.
