£1200 on grab loaders
£800 on steel mesh
£700 on blocks
£400 sand/cerment etc
£1500 on concrete
£1500 timber
£1300 on the roof
£1500 labour
£40 on rock woll
£450 on wiring,scokets, lighting etc
£400 on plastics(guttering etc)

God I feel sick now lol

all costs are a rough but close enough

still got to sort the doors, get the sparkey in, oh and the little job of cladding the fucker
