Yeah, the GTi is quicker, no one can argue that, also for what it is, it's very good handling car.
If you want a very good example of the RS for sensible money, have a look at mine in the for sale section. No rust on the body at all, or underneath and has so many new parts its like a new car, so all the usual issues sorted.
