Have planning permission as it only 300mm from nextdoor and will only be around 2m from the back of the house got loads of headaches with it atm as I wanted to do a thisk slab and build off that but am being told i need a 1.1mtr wide footing and as im only 300mm from next door thats not possable so they need to come up with a different idea for the retaining wall
