Custom drivers side engine mount (can be made or bought cheaply online) use standard gearbox and shafts, cut slam panel to fit the cam cover casing
Chestersport cars do a complete off the shelf bike carb conversion and megajolt management for the Zetec engines the map is a very good base map
And the kit is £750 which is cheap considering you can take a standard 2.0 Zetec with this setup and a decent exhaust manifold and get 170bhp from it add cams and head work and you will be nearer 185-190bhp
This is route I have taken on my 1.7 puma engined Ka and once I've added some cams I'm aiming for 165-170bhp and everything else can remain stock as they are an all alloy engine with steel crank and rods and very cheap to buy 2nd hand if I blow it up
