Millions of people speed every day, and no harm comes to them or anyone around them. That's proof that it isnt the massive danger the government money making propoganda would have retarded people believe.
Speed in itself is not dangerous. Innapropriate speed for the conditions can be dangerous though. They are however, two very different things.
