you seen cows getting the hammer to the skull then fall sideways and down a chute,,,,, still dont seem a great way for a animal to die but better than bleed out i guess
But they're drained more intentionally, not for packing or industrial reasons. Look it up, it's a Halal precursor for meat that all the blood is drained mate.
