I cut the line out side on the house wall and fitted a box and plugged the pc in, guess what still 0.13
So looks like its BT's problem as ive eliminated everything else my end!
Getting hold of some one and actually speaking to them at BT is another thing tho

MInes showing 1.4 meg a second because I'm doing a virus check

The other line here also on bt is doing 3.75. and were out in the sticks
