Ive been to stoke before but not lived here permenantly! only a few weeks here and there. At the time i moved it was perfect for the commute in the navy as its middle of the country between Glasgow, plymouth, portsmouth and London. I couldnt afford to move away when i left navy not to mention no mortgage company would allow me to swap mortgage to a new place on the terms i had while i was earning zero!!

Youd need to be running wooden bar with all your wieght on across the ones of the wall to bend them down as they are epoxied on with tons of the glue to give a deliberate "flex" so they dont come brittle and snap off!! with pliers the pin snaps off/bends before the whole thing comes off!! The ones on the gate have been in permenant damp on the wood for months as it has dried out yet they still dont come off easy!!!
The door trap has been designed so you cant pick off the pins and you cant reach in and rip it off as its well secured yet flexible enough for any hooks to slide off!

Iron bar versus 3 or 4 people still means im going down eventually!! And i dont like those odds!!! Im not Steven Segal

Even if i had firearms to hand id still be unable to use them near my house as youd just get caught!! I dont have the "upper hand" opening a front door to the unknown, where as if i catch them out the back, i am armed and have the element of surprise and then its a fair fight and worth the risk!

double glazing and toughened outer glass!! plus the fact the keys are there when im in the house so id like to think i would hear someone repeatedly smashing the door to break the glass and be able to respond with ease!!
