At the surface of the water or on land you are under 1 bar of atmospheric pressure, for every 10m you descend under water this pressure increases by 1 bar.

Therefore at a depth of 4000m the pressure would be 401 bar or 5817 psi.

To compare it to the Titanic pressure you mentioned, this would be 2.64 tonnes per square inch
