Paul, like i have told you before the engine used to make about 370bhp fly and 315bhp ATW on the same boost and injectors its currently running. The only thing different is the Chip.

did the rollers show up any problems other than a bit low on boost?
Tbh i've never liked light blues always went for greys but i've now done a few with 55lb siemens and they were cracking
As long as your holding the correct amount of boost then theres a problem
