Why the hell would they perk up exactly? As sais above why would someone with 28k ready to buy a focus decide no lets get a 6yr old mk1 frs instead? Why wouldnt they look to a better car like an evo/subaru etc thats worth a bit more? Even a focus st.
You're clearly not getting it if you dont see my point. I've made it quite clear that it's stupid to say that they are holding value when they are actually LOSING value.

I bought one very cheap and my original budget couldve been 10k only in november. I'm Sooooooooooooo glad i didnt spend that as i dont think they are worth that now. Look at Guzzler struggling to sell what looks like a lovely example at 10k now! The guy asking 11700 in for sale section can dream on!
