I just want to know if my parts have been sent. TNT say they havn't!!

Order was comfirmed on 21stjan, and they have taken payment, and i was emialed saying they were sent.

Parts are 5 days over due, and they WILL NOT answer the poxy phone

If not and they have them there, i will come and get them

Or if they are totally waisting my time then i will get my money back.
