I tend to agree Lee. If in a train and someone jumps out then you can't be blamed. That's not to say the fella involved doesn't feel shite as he does, but from a personal view as you say if someone else decides to do it then that's up to them.

However, it's easy to say that not being in that position as I know if I were driving a car I'd be distraught. Sends shivers down my spine just thinking about it..........
