£44K mate, the car was £70K new and just only 11 months old, but is a very hi specked car Full DVD pack, TV, comfort pack, those wheels
etc
and being a 2007 car it has a few tweaks on the pre 2007 car.
I did see the early high mile cars and even some at BMW dealers and they would have 1 years warrenty on them.
To give you some idea of the prices, the car was £48k a few weeks ago !
I was looking at a black 06 car in B-ham for £40,800 and that was down from £44 and now its at £39.800.
Lot of car for the money
