By the sounds of it Car planet (same owner, new name) have illegally removed assets from RC. There is no way the administrators would have compiled a list of creditors and assets yet. It usually takes months but Car planet have already got the RC rollers.
Yea, I read that, along with the 'suggestion' that they have been in this situation three times before
i've no idea if that is true, but its certainly a shocking suggestion.
