It's hard to say really. Other people have posted good points on this thread. I've spent alot of money on mine, and I'm happy with the performance. Tiny turbo, so at full boost by 3k rpm I'd say. Getting good boost before that.

I don't think I would be happy with a standard UK Turbo now...so maybe it's not such a good option - since you say you'd take it out a "blast"...and I don't think you'd have much of a blast in a standard one. On the other hand, if it's going to be mostly driven by your missus, does it really matter?
