Not as if having glass or not changes costs anyhow, just makes summat seem a bit more racey.
There needs to be firmer rules of whats club n whats not, as some pro cars look more club, and the other way round.
IMO if youve won Club you should be automatically put in Pro.
Im not sure thats fair TBH, to be at the front of the pro class you are looking at a 200-300K car or so I guess?
To be at the front of club class, its probably possible for about 50-75K
Thats a MASSIVE gulf when the series almost certainly offer the opportunity to provide you with 200K of sponsorship.
I dont see why a car that has been built to win in one class should be put in another class where it stands NO chance of winning, up against cars built to a different set of criteria and costs etc
To me thats like pushing someone from F3000 into F1, irrelevant of if they can afford it or not, obviously the opportunity should be given for the club class winner to go into Pro if they want to do so, but I dont think they should be FORCED into Pro.
