That doesn't sound like fuel pump at all, as long as the back of the pump is flooded then it will be fine, also the fuel rail is all at the same pressure so it would not miss one cylinder.

My personal and expensive opinion is new engine loom, standalone ecu and coils on plugs.

Can you take a pic of it? I expect it needs to be there.

Might be worth checking the correct spark plugs and gap specs along with cleaning all earths.

When I got mine I junked the lot and went with new loom.

Just take it to a specialist you have posted more problems yet again..

Save the hassle and time get it sorted before you have to build a new engine.

That is a good point, give it to one expert to fix, do it once and do it properly.

Hi

Always start with a few basic checks
Even so called profestionals some times slip up here.

Do a conpression test to make sure your engine is good mechanicaly before you get too technicial

If thats all good a fuel pressure test would be good---ok

Check all your multiplug conections

Make sure there are no air leaks and all the pipes are on the plenim

Check the Map sensor pipe and that there is no petrol contamination

Cheers Tim
