Default Pf09 tps

Hello could someone explain to me the correct way of setting up pf09 tps sensor as mines not set up correctly

Volt meter set to 20v

Then black probe on pin 17 and red on pin 11, voltage should be 0.23v with ignition on engine not running.

Slacken off the 2 screws holding the tps to the throttle body and turn it in whatever direction you need to get to 0.23v then nip up the screws.
